Did we land on the moon?
On July 20, 1969, on board the Apollo 11, Neil Armstrong and Buzz Aldrin landed on the moon, or did they. Some people believe that the Moon Landing was faked in order to win the space race against the Soviet Union (Now known as Russia). Conspiracy theorists said that NA.S.A figured that it was just impossible or the operation would cost to much. So the government decided to build a secret movie studio where they could film the “Moon Landing”.

To start off, how could any person go through the Van Allen Radiation Belt without having a single side effect? “Conspiracy theorists contend that the sheer levels of radiation would have cooked the astronauts en route to the moon, despite the layers of aluminum coating the interior and exterior of the spaceship.” (Fox 2013). But N.A.S.A claimed that when going through the belt they had only very small doses of radiation in them.

Another piece of evidence is that in one of the pictures, on a moon rock has the letter "c" engraved into the rock. According to Fuller “This gives off the impression that most of the larger moon rocks are simply props.” It also states that “a set designer could have labeled this stray moon rock with a letter and accidentally left it turned over for the camera to see. NASA just claims that the "c" on the rock was a photographic error.

On the moon there is only one source of light which is the sun. So there shadows should be parallel to one another, but in the pictures you could see that one of the astronauts shadow was leaning the other way. This could mean that the multiple light sources were coming from studio lights. As said by Leavitt “With the one light source, the conspiracy theorists state that all shadows in the moon photos should run parallel to each other. In some of the NASA photos, the shadows clearly are not parallel to each other. This, according to the conspiracy theorists, is proof that the photos were shot on a stage with multiple light sources and not on the moon.” But with this said NASA blames it on the landscape. According to conspiracy theorists, this is proof that NASA was filming in a studio not on the moon.

In conclusion I believe that they did go in to space on July 20 1969, but I believe that they had to return to back to earth without ever reaching the moon due to the dangerous radiation surrounding the earth. The aluminum and metal that was used on the Apollo 11 back in 1969 was no comparison to what we have now, and the radiation in the Van Allen Radiation belt would’ve at least gave the astronauts one reaction or even be fatal. Also, if you look at one of the pictures you could see that there is the letter "c" written on the rock, which is evidence enough that that rock was a movie prop. Lastly, in the moon landing picture you could see that the astronauts shadows are not parallel to one another and if this was really light from the sun then they should be parallel to each other. This is why I believe that we have never landed on the moon.
